Return Policy

We are sure you will be delighted with our items, but if not, contact service@robeslife.com. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items that are in good condition.

1. Send an e-mail to service@robeslife.com and indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

2. Follow up on the instructions we send in the email.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office(or another economical way, using flat rate or priority shipping, about $5-$10 for customers in the US; don't use expedited expensive shipping). Please send us the return tracking number after shipping out(we don't offer a return label; you must pay the return shipping fee).

4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process and issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

 

Return Conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide if the items are right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.

2. The following items couldn't be returned: Items on clearance,  Customized Items

3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. 

4. We do not accept returned items that you sent back directly without checking with us first.

5. The return delivery charge should be paid by you and is non-refundable. However, a refund will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods.

6. For a refund, it will be returned to your account within 3-5 working days. In exchange, new items will be reshipped to you within one week.

 

Exchange Policy

About exchange, steps 1-3 are the same as the Return Rule. You need to tell us which item(s) you need to exchange, and we will ship your exchange item(s) a week after your return parcel is delivered.
